Born Hospitality is seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused General Manager to lead operations at Draper’s Steak & Seafood in Fairfax, VA. Draper’s is known for its elevated dining experience, refined menu, and commitment to exceptional service—and we’re looking for a leader who can uphold and grow that standard.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and handle escalated concerns
• Drive sales, profitability, and cost control (labor, food, and beverage)
• Maintain and enforce brand standards, service quality, and cleanliness
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance
• Collaborate with ownership and marketing on promotions and events
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol regulations

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (GM or AGM level preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations
• Experience with P&L management and cost controls
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
