Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial refrigeration.
Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise with Ammonia and Freon systems is required.
Certifications: RETA (Refrigerating Engineers & Technicians Association) CARO or CIRO certification preferred.
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in extreme temperatures, lift up to 50 lbs, and pass a fit-for-duty respirator exam.
Adaptability: Must be comfortable living and working in a remote, communal environment for the duration of the season.
