**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Powder Coating Hanger to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our powder coating process, ensuring that all items are properly prepared and hung to receive a high-quality finish. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare, organize, and hang various parts and products on racks or conveyors for powder coating application.
- Ensure items are clean, free of defects, and properly masked as needed before entering the coating process.
- Perform quality checks on products before and after coating to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Safely and efficiently load and unload products from racks or conveyors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any issues or defects to the supervisor promptly to ensure timely resolution.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical ability to lift and move items, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear as required.
