About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Temporary Executive Assistant in West LA to support the CEO of a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role will serve as a critical partner to the CEO, while also interfacing closely with the broader leadership team. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, is resourceful, and can quickly ramp up to provide seamless support.

Compensation

• $36–$42/hour

Schedule

• Onsite – 5 days/week 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Duration

• Start: ASAP | 2–6 weeks/ongoing (with potential for temp-to-hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex and ever-changing calendars, prioritizing meetings and time effectively
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Process and manage expense reports
• Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO’s time, balancing competing priorities with professionalism and discretion
• Liaise with internal executives and external stakeholders
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive preferred
• Background in entertainment or high-growth environments is a plus
• Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) with the ability to be both diplomatic and firm
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
• Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
• Experience with tools such as Navan, Concur, Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack preferred
• Exceptional discretion and ability to handle highly confidential information

Additional Details

• This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2–6 weeks, or until a full-time hire is made. If candidate is interested in being considered for the FT role—they should show interest and can potential be considered
• Candidates must be comfortable with the role being filled permanently during the assignment
