Staff Accountant

Newtown Square, PA (On-site)

Overview:

Our largest client is hiring a Staff Accountant opportunity with a growing team in the Newtown Square area. This is a great role for someone early in their accounting career who is looking for strong mentorship, hands-on experience, and a clear path for growth.

This team supports a rapidly expanding business unit that has scaled significantly, creating the need for additional accounting support. You’ll have the opportunity to build a strong foundation while gradually taking on more responsibility over time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process vendor invoices and support accounts payable activities
• Post customer payments and assist with accounts receivable tracking
• Perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support month-end close, including journal entries, accruals, and intercompany activity
• Partner with internal teams to support overall financial operations
