Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Analyst
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our client to support regulatory adherence and strengthen operational compliance across key healthcare functions. This role focuses on interpreting evolving federal and state requirements, identifying risk areas, and partnering with internal teams to address gaps. The analyst will play a critical role in maintaining compliant processes across billing, enrollment, and claims activities. This is a hybrid, contract to hire opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA.
Compensation:
$43.59 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, standard business hours, 37.5 hour work week
Key Responsibilities of the Regulatory Compliance Analyst:
  • Analyze federal and state regulations, including Affordable Care Act guidance, to ensure organizational alignment with current requirements
  • Review operational processes across billing, enrollment, and claims to identify compliance risks and document findings
  • Develop, track, and support corrective action plans to address gaps and maintain proper documentation standards
  • Partner with cross functional teams to investigate root causes, recommend solutions, and update internal policies and procedures
  • Monitor compliance trends, conduct research, and escalate concerns while providing actionable insights to support business decisions
Qualifications and Skills for the Regulatory Compliance Analyst:
  • A degree in a related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
  • At least three years of experience within healthcare, managed care, or a similar environment
  • Working knowledge of compliance practices, health insurance operations, and Affordable Care Act regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to manage priorities independently
  • Familiarity with Citrix and experience conducting regulatory or legal research is a plus
