Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst to support investment and asset management initiatives. This role will play a key part in evaluating acquisitions, building financial models, and providing insights that drive strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Modeling

• Build and maintain complex financial models (Excel) for acquisitions, developments, and asset management
• Perform cash flow analysis, IRR/NPV calculations, and sensitivity analyses
• Evaluate investment opportunities and present findings to senior leadership

Acquisitions & Underwriting

• Analyze potential real estate investments including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use assets
• Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and due diligence
• Assist in the preparation of investment memos and deal presentations

Asset Management Support

• Monitor property performance, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze variances and provide recommendations to improve asset value
• Support business plan execution and ongoing portfolio strategy

Market Research & Reporting

• Track market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with acquisitions, finance, and operations teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 1–4+ years of experience in real estate analysis, investment, or finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling required)
• Understanding of real estate metrics (IRR, NPV, cap rates, cash-on-cash returns)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
