We are seeking a proactive and technically aware Project Manager – Game Delivery to support the successful planning and delivery of projects that span both game development and technical infrastructure.

This role sits at the intersection of game content delivery and technical platform operations, ensuring that game releases, integrations, and supporting technical initiatives are delivered efficiently and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in project management practices and a working understanding of software delivery pipelines, environments, and infrastructure, enabling effective collaboration with Product, Development,  QA, Release, and Operations teams.

Project Delivery

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Game Development, QA, DevOps, Release Management, and Operations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timelines, and technical requirements.

Technical Coordination

Process & Operational Efficiency

  • Identify bottlenecks in game certification, deployment, and release processes and propose improvements.
  • Maintain clear project documentation including roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements across jurisdictions.

Stakeholder Management

  • Align technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and timelines.
  • Occasionally support coordination with client-facing or market-facing teams regarding release schedules and delivery expectations.

About You

3–5 years of experience in project management within gaming, software, or technology environments.

  • Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and release management processes.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic gaming environment.

Ability to bring structure and clarity to complex projects, communicates effectively, and is comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across technical and product domains.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical topics for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

What We’d Prefer

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Experience working in the iGaming or gaming industry.
  • Basic understanding of game certification, regulatory environments, or market launches.

Why This Role Is Important

This position bridges the gap between game production and technical infrastructure, ensuring that game releases and platform capabilities evolve together while maintaining operational stability and regulatory compliance.
