Production Operator - 3rd Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.75 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Monday through Friday from 10:00pm to 06:00am )

• Assemble automotive components accurately on a production line by following digital, step by step work instructions displayed on operator screens.
• Monitor screens and visual aids to verify correct part selection, sequence, and torque/specification requirements throughout the build process.
• Perform quality checks at assigned stations and immediately report defects, abnormalities, or line issues using standard escalation procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation while following all safety, quality, and production standards in an advanced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support staff to meet production goals, support continuous improvement, and adapt to process or model changes. 

Production Operator - 3rd Shift Qualifications:

Manufacturing Environment Experience

Production Operator or Assembly Experience

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
