Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves supporting daily manufacturing and production operations in a fast-paced environment. The position requires working in close proximity to heavy machinery and equipment, with a strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. No prior experience is required—comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
salary: $46,592 - $51,500 per year
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: - Operate, monitor, and assist with production machinery and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working near heavy machinery
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks as instructed
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately complete production records and reports
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Work Environment: - Industrial setting with exposure to noise, dust, and moving equipment
- Non-temperature-controlled environment; may be hot in summer and cold in winter
- Requires standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive motion for extended periods
Qualifications: - Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus but not required
