Elder Law & Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant

Compensation: $55,000- 70,000
Our client is seeking an experienced Elder Law & Estate Planning Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their growing legal team in Lake Success, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional with strong experience in estate planning documentation, client counseling, and numbers-heavy casework , particularly involving tax planning/preparation and Medicaid matters .
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background supporting attorneys in elder law and estate planning matters, with the ability to manage documentation, communicate effectively with clients, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
