As a Junior FreeCAD Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI systems by creating and refining 3D models that serve as high-quality inputs for training purposes. Your expertise will directly influence how models learn, reason, and perform, making your contributions vital to the development of next-generation AI technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine 3D models using FreeCAD in collaboration with the customer''s team for AI training purposes.
• Interpret and follow detailed design briefs and technical specifications accurately.
• Provide constructive feedback on model quality and usability for AI learning processes.
• Document modeling workflows and methodologies to support knowledge transfer within the project.
• Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels to clarify requirements and share insights.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure models meet project standards and objectives.
• Maintain organized files and version control for all modeling work.

• Proficiency in FreeCAD for 3D modeling and design tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for geometrical accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and adapt to evolving project needs.
• Understanding of basic engineering or design principles.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques relevant to AI training.
• Reliable organization and time management skills in a remote work environment.

• Previous experience working with datasets or for AI/ML-related projects.
• Background in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or a related technical field.

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranging from $20 to $110.

No prior experience in AI is required; your domain knowledge is what matters.
