As a Human Resources Generalist, you will manage all aspects of the Human Resources department in coordination with the Sr. Human Resources Manager and HR Centers of Excellence. This role will be responsible for deploying policies and programs for onboarding, offboarding, compensation, engagement, employee retention, recognition, and employee development. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to learn and work collaboratively. This role will exhibit discretion, strong problem solving and decision-making skills, and adaptability to changing priorities.

Benefits:The annual base salary range is $72,000-80,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
