Hiring: Hotel Managers & Hotel Coordinators | FIFA World Cup 2026 | New York
PITCH Sports is currently hiring experienced Hotel Managers and Hotel Coordinators to support VIP Hospitality Operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 in New York.
PITCH Sports is an international sports marketing agency specializing in customized hospitality, logistics, and operational solutions for stakeholders, sponsors, and guests of major global sporting events. Our expertise ranges from exclusive VVIP corporate programs to large-scale operational delivery for some of the world’s most recognized international events.
This is a contract-based opportunity tied directly to FIFA World Cup 2026 operations and will support high-level VIP guest programs throughout the tournament period.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee hotel operations and guest services for VIP guests
• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, rooming lists, and check-in/check-out processes
• Lead and manage on-site hotel teams, including Guest Coordinators
• Coordinate closely with hotels, transport providers, and operational teams to ensure seamless program delivery
• Support guest communications, welcome services, and special requests
• Maintain high service standards, professionalism, and discretion throughout all operations
• Resolve operational and guest-related issues in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to ensure smooth day-to-day hotel operations and guest experience delivery
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, guest services, luxury hospitality, or large-scale event operations
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities
• Experience working with VIP guests or premium service environments is highly preferred
• Must be professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Candidates must be local to New York City and within commutable distance to the Midtown Manhattan area
