CoachHelp Children Build Confidence Through Movement

The Little Gym of McKinney is looking for an energetic, dependable, and engaging Coach to join our team. This is more than just a job teaching gymnastics—it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's physical, social, and emotional development every single day.

We are seeking team members who are looking for a long-term opportunity and who are excited to grow with us. While we love hiring college students, this position is also an excellent fit for educators, gymnastics coaches, cheer coaches, dancers, fitness professionals, early childhood educators, and individuals looking for a rewarding part-time career working with children.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging, high-energy classes using The Little Gym's proven curriculum and teaching methods
• Create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for children ages 4 months to 12 years
• Build genuine relationships with children and their families
• Lead classes independently and confidently
• Provide exceptional customer service and member experience
• Support birthday parties, camps, special events, and other programming
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Schedule & Commitment

• Consistent weekday afternoon and weekend availability required
• Mandatory weekly team meeting Wednesdays from 3:45pm–5:00pm
• Reliable transportation required
• Year-round availability preferred
• We are seeking candidates interested in a longer-term commitment and who can provide consistency for our families and students

Experience We Value

Gymnastics coaching experience is always exciting to see and certainly a plus, but it is not required .
