About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to expand our design efforts and elevate the visual identity of DiamondBack Covers. You will be responsible for producing engaging and innovative designs across multiple platforms that resonate with our audience and embody our brand. You will work closely with our marketing team to conceptualize, design, and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, product packaging, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate effectively as a creative partner with internal cross-functional business partners and outside resources/partners.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering opportunities for individual development while ensuring a consistent brand voice and standard.
  • Assist in photo and video shoots where needed.
  • Continuously promote and evolve the DiamondBack Covers Brand Style Guide to drive brand consistency across channels.

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions for new product launches, promotional campaigns, and other brand initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our brand visually fresh and ahead of the competition.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide constructive feedback during team design reviews and actively participate in brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications & Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles, projects, and successes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Strong design sense and portfolio of relevant work.
  • Demonstrated creative expertise in a broad array of areas including multi-channel campaigns, print and digital advertising, signage, packaging, web design and usability.
  • Knowledge and experience with various printing and fulfillment methods.
  • Knowledge and experience with photography and video is a plus.
  • Art Direction knowledge and experience helpful.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent follow through.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for the outdoor lifestyle and an understanding of the target audience is a plus.
