Under direction of the Supervisor I, the Analyst I/II is responsible for performing duties related to the Departments Fleet Management Program, and State Fleet Card Program as the DCA Coordinator. As the DCA Coordinator, the incumbent is responsible for the daily management and oversight of these DCA programs.

Effective July 1, 2025, the State of California implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) which reduces an employee's monthly salary in exchange for leave credits. This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs’ Conflict of Interest (COI) Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1st, and within 30 days of leaving office.
