The Digital Marketing Summer Intern will support digital initiatives focused on testing, validating, and improving the new website product page experience. This internship provides hands-on exposure to website quality assurance, product content accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and digital customer experience optimization.

This internship is structured as a project-based experience to be completed within the 12-week program.

This position is located at the Dallas Corporate office and is an onsite internship opportunity. This is not a remote role.

The selected intern will present project outcomes at our annual Intern Expo Day on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

Program Details

  • Program Dates: Monday, May 18, 2026 – Friday, August 7, 2026
  • Length: 12 Weeks
  • Schedule: Full-time, hourly
  • Required: Must be available for the full program duration and attend/present at Intern Expo Day

Project Scope & Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Intern will support the following initiatives:

Website Product Page Testing & Validation

  • Test and validate the setup of new website product pages
  • Review functionality, layout, and user experience across product pages
  • Identify issues and opportunities for improvement

Product Data Accuracy

  • Validate that customer-facing product data is displayed accurately on the website
  • Review product descriptions, specifications, images, and related content
  • Ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Communicate discrepancies to the appropriate internal teams for correction
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Digital teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Track open items and provide status updates

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Confirm requested updates are completed accurately and on time
  • Support enhancements that improve the overall digital customer experience
  • Provide recommendations for future website process improvements

Project Impact

A successful internship will:

  • Improve website product page accuracy and usability
  • Strengthen the customer digital experience
  • Increase efficiency in issue identification and resolution
  • Support successful rollout of new website enhancements

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or website operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with website platforms, CMS tools, or analytics platforms is a plus
