This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banner Elk, North Carolina, for a Day Time Sous Chef. The Day Time Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to oversee daily food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality dishes are served with consistency. Responsibilities include menu planning, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, inventory management, and upholding food safety and sanitation standards. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and contributing to the overall success of the club's culinary offerings.
