We are seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist to join our talent pipeline for premier healthcare and tech-healthcare organizations in Boca Raton. This critical "Business Admin Operations" role ensures providers are verified, compliant, and ready to deliver care. You will act as the liaison between providers, insurance carriers, and internal compliance departments. Responsibilities
- Provider Onboarding: Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
- Data Management: Maintain provider files in CAQH, NPDB, and internal ERP systems (Oracle, Salesforce, or proprietary healthcare software).
- Compliance: Ensure licenses, certifications (DEA, Board Certs), and insurance (Malpractice/COIs) are current and meet all state/federal regulations.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary contact for providers during onboarding, providing white-glove service to ensure a smooth transition.
- Audit & Reporting: Assist with internal audits and prepare status reports for the Director of Operations regarding pipeline bottlenecks.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in medical credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare administrative operations.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of CAQH and NPI portals is required. Experience with healthcare-specific CRM or ERP software is preferred.
- Attention to Detail: Proven ability to identify discrepancies in complex legal and medical documents.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for representing the brand to high-level medical professionals.
- Local Presence: Must be able to commute to the Boca Raton, FL area (33481/33487).
