DEAL BREAKER: Experience only from Construction, Skilled Trades, & Home Services.

• Base Wage & Bonus worth about $400-700K+. W ill vary based on experience, but additionally, there will be Profit Sharing , Equity , Relocation Assistance , & anything else you need (but it all is based on your level of experience and your situation).

We are on retainer searching for a proven “growth CEO” for a well-established, growing construction business based out of the greater Charleston, SC Metro area.

PROFILE: Seeking a “Change Agent” – A CEO who has already scaled businesses and knows exactly what comes next .

• This Is Not a Turnaround
• The business is healthy, profitable, fully funded, and operationally sound.

This CEO seat is designed for a leader of leaders , not a day-to-day operator. You will be partnering with ownership as a true business partner

You have :

• Already doubled or tripled gross revenue
• Scaled Gross Revenue from roughly ~$40/50M toward $100M ($150M, 200M or beyond)
• Built teams that execute without you in the weeds
• Led through growth, change, and talent upgrades
• Operated with real P&L ownership
