The firm resents clients in every aspect of commercial property transactions across the country, including acquisitions, financings, dispositions, construction and more.
The paralegal will work with a friendly group and some responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting attorneys in preparing transactional documents; preparing UCC filings; preparing financing statements, releases and transfer documents; reviewing and analyzing real estate surveys and title commitments, policies and underlying title documents; ensuring that all pre-closing preparation and post-closing follow-up is properly completed in a timely manner; creating, composing, and editing written material such as transaction documents, closing documents, loan documents, correspondence and/or other legal documentation.
