What You Bring:

  • Active Colorado law license in good standing 
  • Approximately 5–8 years of legal experience  
  • Strong background in Business Law and/or Intellectual Property  
  • Experience coming from a smaller firm or private practice environment preferred  
  • Strong employment history with demonstrated professional growth and stability 
  • Entrepreneurial approach with interest in helping grow a practice area 
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team 
  • Strong business judgment and client-first mindset
