Clinical Liaison (RN) – Infusion Healthcare Bangor, Maine (04401)
Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization focused on providing high-quality infusion therapy and care coordination services outside of the traditional hospital setting. They are seeking a relationship-driven Clinical Liaison (RN) to support referral development, care coordination, and clinical partnership initiatives throughout the Bangor territory.
This is not a bedside nursing position. This is a territory-based clinical business development role focused on relationship management, referral generation, and coordination of patient transitions into alternate sites of care.
Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 base salary + mileage reimbursement + comprehensive benefits package.

Position Overview: The Clinical Liaison serves as a key point of contact between hospitals, physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and infusion services to help coordinate smooth patient transitions into alternate sites of care. This individual will focus heavily on building relationships, educating referral sources, and supporting territory growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and referral sources.
• Identify patients appropriate for infusion services and alternate sites of care.
• Coordinate care plans and support patient transitions from acute care settings.
• Educate referral partners and caregivers on infusion therapy services and care coordination processes.
• Support referral generation and territory growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and sales leadership on partnership development.
• Participate in vendor events, community outreach, and educational presentations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of infusion therapy products, services, and reimbursement processes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations.
Qualifications: • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in infusion healthcare required.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience working with referral sources, discharge planning, or care coordination preferred.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain territory relationships.
• Ability to travel independently throughout the assigned territory.
